Patient Falls and Falls with injury are above the peer group rates. A Falls committee has been formed and is providing/designing a prevention bundle. Staff education is planned with auditing of practice to ensure compliance. Implementing post-fall huddles are being planned. Cambridge Health Alliance has recently joined NDNQI.
